Exhibition Notes:

• Applications for exhibition can be made separately from the Sponsorship packages

• Stand numbers will be allocated on a first come first served basis. The congress managers reserve the right to alter stand numbers for valid reason. Where this occurs, written notice will be given to the affected exhibitors with every attempt to accommodate their requirements and needs

• Exhibitors are responsible for the management of each booth. The managers are not liable for theft, loss, or damage, monetary or otherwise

• Certain restrictions apply to sampling, merchandise, and stand build. Please contact the congress managers if you have any of these on your stand

• All exhibitors must supply a Public Liability Insurance valid in Australia equivalent to the value of $20million AUD dollars single occurrence
